Dispatch Supervisor - Rochester

📋 Description

• Review orders daily; ensure METRC data matches internal invoices.
• Update invoices and driver documents for delivery changes.
• Assist with loading/unloading; prepare COAs and invoices.
• Schedule routes and stops; use internal appointment tracker.
• Communicate with brand partners; edit and resubmit updated invoices.
• Liaise with shops and brands; resolve issues and reschedule orders as needed.

🎯 Requirements

• Associates degree or 2 years relevant work experience.
• Ability to lift 50 lbs, bend, stretch, twist.
• Cannabis/METRC experience a plus; strong phone and email communication; basic math.
• 2 years dispatch or distribution experience.
• Technologically proficient.
• Excellent communication and sense of urgency.
