Dispatch Supervisor

📋 Description

• Review orders daily; ensure METRC data matches invoices.
• Update invoices and drivers' docs for order adjustments.
• Assist with offloading/onloading before driver launch.
• Route stops for drivers using internal tracker for appointment times.
• Print/prepare COAs, invoices, and AP summaries for next-day deliveries.
• Communicate with brand partners; edit orders and resubmit invoices.

🎯 Requirements

• Associates degree OR 2 years relevant work experience
• Lift 50 lbs, bend, stretch, twist
• Pass pre-employment background screen
• Evening/weekend shifts; Cannabis/METRC experience a plus
• Clear and concise phone/email communication; basic math
• 2 years dispatch or distribution experience
