Dispatch Supervisor

📋 Description

• Supervise overnight intake of long-haul transfers; unload, stage, and document in BioTrack.
• Prepare, stage, and load delivery vehicles; verify orders, manifests, and BioTrack alignment.
• Operate lift gates, forklifts, and pallet jacks to move pallets and product.
• Coordinate dispatch paperwork (manifests, invoices); ensure route documents are complete.
• Support real-time driver communications during dispatch; be primary contact for delivery questions.
• Track reschedules, rejected product, and reverse logistics to minimize disruptions.

🎯 Requirements

• Must be 21 years or older to work in cannabis industry.
• Cannabis experience a plus.
• Associate degree or 2 years relevant work experience.
• Outstanding communication and people skills.
• Knowledge of manual and systematic warehouse movement.
• Ability to lift 50 lbs., bend, stretch, and twist.
