- Manage a policy team with varied experience, mentoring and growth

- Collaborate with Trust & Safety to scale policy criteria across global workflows
- Partner with Legal to align policies with regulatory obligations while enabling business objectives
🎯 Requirements
- 7+ years of experience in trust and safety, content policy, product policy, or advertising policy roles at technology platforms, ads tech, or online marketplaces
- 2+ years of experience managing policy professionals, building teams
- Deep knowledge of advertising policies and industry standards (e.g., IAB guidelines)
- Experience advising product teams on policy implications and risk assessments for new product features
- Ability to write clear, enforceable policies balancing user protection, business needs, and regulatory compliance
- Strong understanding of platform integrity issues, including fraud, scams, and harmful content in commercial contexts
- Familiarity with consumer protection laws, advertising standards, children's safety regulations, platform transparency
- Excellent stakeholder management skills with ability to influence without authority across Legal, Product, Trust & Safety, Revenue, Sales
