The Regional Sales Executive, Cleveland Role

You will own the growth of DISCO's regional footprint in the Cleveland market, drive new business from enterprise customers, and develop long-term partnerships. This role collaborates with Marketing, Customer Success, and Product teams to tailor DISCO solutions to client needs and to ensure a best-in-class customer experience.

What You’ll Do

Prospect and qualify new enterprise opportunities in the Cleveland territory
Develop and manage a robust sales pipeline and forecast
Present DISCO solutions to legal, corporate, and IT stakeholders
Negotiate terms and close deals with enterprise clients
Collaborate with Marketing, Customer Success, and Product teams
Maintain accurate CRM data and travel as needed

What You’ll Need

5+ years in enterprise software or legal tech sales
Proven track record of meeting or exceeding quotas
Strong communication, presentation, and negotiation skills
Experience with CRM tools (e.g., Salesforce) and complex sales cycles
Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience
Ability to travel as required (approx. 50%+)
