About the role
DISCO is seeking a Regional Sales Executive to drive regional sales in the class actions and mass tort space. This remote, executive-level role partners with law firms and corporate legal teams to grow DISCO's customer base and revenue. The successful candidate will own the regional sales cycle from prospecting to deal closure, collaborate with product and customer success, and help shape go-to-market strategy for the class actions and mass tort practice.
What you'll do
- Own end-to-end regional sales cycles for class actions and mass torts.
- Identify target law firms and corporate legal departments; build and manage a robust sales pipeline.
- Deliver tailored product demonstrations and prepare compelling proposals and RFP responses.
- Negotiate pricing and contract terms; close deals and achieve regional quota.
- Collaborate with Marketing, Product, and Customer Success teams to ensure onboarding and client success.
- Maintain accurate forecasting and CRM data; report on pipeline and performance.
What you bring
- 5+ years in enterprise software sales, preferably selling to large law firms or corporate legal teams; track record of meeting or exceeding quota.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
- Ability to travel as needed; comfortable working in a remote environment.
- Familiarity with eDiscovery, legal tech, or litigation support is a plus.
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience.
