Manager, Customer Success – DISCO

DISCO is seeking a Manager, Customer Success to lead a team focused on helping customers realize value from our products, drive adoption, and build long-term relationships. This on-site role reports to the leadership team in Austin.
Responsibilities
- Lead and mentor a team of Customer Success professionals
- Develop and execute customer success strategies to maximize adoption, retention, and renewal
- Oversee customer onboarding and success planning
- Collaborate with Sales, Product, and Support to resolve customer issues and drive product adoption
- Monitor health metrics and identify actions to reduce churn and drive expansions
- Scale CS processes and define scalable programs for customer success
Qualifications
- Strong leadership and communication skills
- Experience with CRM systems and customer success platforms
- Ability to analyze customer data and translate insights into actions
- Education: Required
