Disclosure Analyst - Remote

📋 Description

• Fully remote Disclosure Analyst supporting loan file from application to funding.
• Gather required documents and obtain Initial Closing Disclosure signatures.
• Manage a pipeline with about 30 loan closings per month.
• TRID compliance: issue initial disclosures and revised Loan Estimates within 24–48 hours.
• Condo approval support: review documents and coordinate required filings.
• Provide excellent customer service and proactive problem solving remotely.

🎯 Requirements

• 1+ years of mortgage operations/processing experience.
• Active NMLS license or ability to obtain within 90 days.
• Experience in Pacific or Mountain Time Zone.
• Experience using Encompass, Blend, and Google Suite.
• Strong written and verbal communication; customer service.
• Education: High school diploma or equivalent.
