Execute assigned disbursement workflows with timeliness and accuracy
Escalate complex files to senior team members
Assist more junior teammates with basic workflow tasks
Ensure on-time disbursement of funds per Closing Instructions and Closing Disclosure
Review funds for accuracy: dollar amounts, payee, wire, and address
Communicate with lenders and internal teams on follow-ups

🎯 Requirements

1+ year title/escrow disbursement experience
Excellent phone, email, remote communication skills
Ability to multi-task, stay proactive
Strong attention to detail; title insurance knowledge a plus
Open to process updates and system enhancements
Proven customer service and team player mindset
