π― Requirements
- Bachelor's degree with 8+ years of workforce management experience for a large, distributed hourly workforce
- Proven ability to design staffing models, demand forecasts, and labor optimization strategies
- Excellent financial acumen with experience managing labor against P&L targets; commission-based compensation a plus
- Ability to partner and influence cross-functionally with senior operational leaders, Finance and People
- Excellent executive presence with experience presenting complex insights to C-suite leadership and driving alignment
- Experience with workforce planning and analytics tools, plus advanced Excel/Google Sheets and PowerPoint
