🎯 Requirements
- 8+ years in vendor management, procurement, or strategic sourcing, with at least 3 years in a people-leadership role.
- Strong written and verbal communication, able to translate operational detail into executive framing.
- Proven governance and executive-grade reporting in a vendor function.
- Familiarity with Workday Strategic Sourcing or comparable platforms and DocuSign or comparable repositories.
- Strong analytical fluency with spend data, contract metadata, vendor risk indicators, and ESG metrics.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Supply Chain, or related field; advanced degree preferred.
