Director, Validation Management Strategy

📋 Description

• Lead NA market expansion for Validation Management in life sciences.
• Shape strategy with field teams; build exec relationships at sites.
• Guide product team to address validation of assets and processes.
• Develop strategy to move from paper to data-centric digital validation.
• Coordinate resources across the customer lifecycle from sales to delivery.
• Act as industry evangelist via conferences, webinars, and content.
• Engage technical communities; manage partner relationships.
• Partner with sales/services to ensure end-to-end customer experience.

🎯 Requirements

• 5+ years in life sciences validation; focus on commissioning & qualification.
• Deep validation lifecycle knowledge for facilities, utilities, and equipment.
• Risk-based qualification; knowledge of ASTM E2500, ISPE, Annex 15.
• Experience with digital validation software; streamline field execution and asset state.
• Ability to discuss strategic validation app use with heads of engineering, quality, and IT.
• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (Chemical/Mechanical/Bio/ Electrical or related).
