- Oversee treasury and capital markets activities including liquidity, funding, balance sheet.
- Source/structure/execute securitizations, warehouse lines, and alt financing.
- Manage banks, investors, trustees, rating agencies, and partners.
- Lead negotiations for financing covenants, pricing, terms across sources.
- Monitor compliance with funding agreements and reporting requirements.
- Develop cash flow forecasts, liquidity models, and capital planning.
- Partner with CFO and exec leadership to align capital strategy with objectives.
- Analyze market conditions and identify new capital opportunities.
- Support due diligence for financing, audits, and investor reporting.
- Collaborate with Finance, Credit, Legal, Operations to deploy capital.
- Operate as an individual contributor with ownership of strategy and execution.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
π― Requirements
- 7+ years in treasury, capital markets, or structured finance.
- Experience executing securitizations, warehouse facilities, or debt financing.
- Strong balance sheet management, liquidity planning, and funding risk.
- Bachelor's in finance, accounting, economics, or related; MBA/CFA a plus.
- Able to independently manage large-scale capital flows and external counterparties.
- Excellent financial modeling, analytical, and quantitative skills.
