- Deep expertise across parcel carriers (UPS, FedEx, USPS, DHL) and international logistics.
- Strong cost, speed, and reliability balancing as networks scale.
- Financial/analytical skills: cost-per-unit modeling and data-driven decisions.
- Experience with TMS, routing, and visibility tools.
- Credibility with senior stakeholders; cross-functional influence with Finance, SC, Product/Engineering.
- Excited about using AI to improve planning and decision speed.
