Support buy-side and sell-side transaction due diligence for clients
Analyze target data to identify trends and earnings quality
Identify working capital, debt items and other potential liabilities
Coordinate with senior team on multiple complex engagements
Manage client CFGI teams and third-party diligence providers through the transaction

🎯 Requirements

GAAP knowledge
Excel: PivotTables, VLOOKUP, PowerPivot, PowerQuery
Analytical, multitask, prioritize
Excellent verbal/written communication and presentation skills
8+ years in assurance/transaction advisory at a Big Four; professional services
Bachelor's in Financial/Accounting; CPA preferred; travel up to 20%
