📋 Description

• Define vision, strategy, and standards for training across Manufacturing and DDC.
• Develop and execute a 6–12 month training roadmap.
• Develop and implement strategies for scalable training outcomes.
• Ensure workforce readiness in equipment and process rollouts.
• Own onboarding through ongoing development for all hires.
• Establish speed-to-proficiency benchmarks and hit them.

🎯 Requirements

• 10+ years in training, workforce development, or operational enablement in manufacturing.
• Experience training direct labor workers, not just corporate staff.
• Proven track record building or rebuilding a training function.
• Comfort operating on the production floor and reading workflows.
• Distributed team leadership across multiple sites with consistent standards.
• Strong analytical skills and data-driven decision making.
