📋 Description

• Lead four security domains: Security Ops Eng, Detection Eng, Threat Intel, and VM.
• Define and drive a unified security ops strategy with risk focus.
• Build SIEM/SOAR, detection-as-code, analytics, and playbooks.
• Partner with Fraud, Product, and Customer Operations on threat surfaces.
• Mentor senior managers and ICs; foster excellence and accountability.
• Communicate risk and program outcomes to executives with data.

🎯 Requirements

• Leadership across Security Ops Eng, Detection Eng, Threat Intel, and VM.
• Hands-on security engineering, incident response, and detection logic.
• MITRE ATT&CK, adversary emulation, threat modeling expertise.
• SIEM, SOAR, analytics, and automated playbooks experience.
• Cloud security at scale in AWS, GCP, or Azure.
• Cross-functional partner with Product, Fraud, Ops; exec comms.
