- Deep understanding of identity/security and modern SaaS; familiarity with major ISVs.
- Experience launching co-sell frameworks, referral programs, and joint marketing.
- Executive communication, relationship mgmt, and cross-functional leadership.
- Experience delivering joint integration roadmaps with product teams.
- Approximately 50% travel for partner meetings and strategy sessions.
- Familiar with identity/governance platforms (Saviynt or similar).
