📋 Description

• Lead the Technical Writing org through process evaluation and redesign.
• Drive AI readiness to improve workflows and reduce handoffs.
• Partner with Engineering to shift docs earlier; shared ownership.
• Collaborate with Product Management and UX to surface docs in the product.
• Shape team structure and operating model to support priorities and growth.
• Develop the team's skills for a new phase of technical writing at GitLab.
