- AI, automation, or digital transformation experience in support
- Ability to establish dashboards, metrics, and performance reporting
- Deep understanding of internet networking, hardware, software troubleshooting
- Excellent executive presence; able to influence across levels
- Bachelor's degree in technical field or equivalent experience
- Must pass CJIS background check
