🎯 Requirements

  • 10+ years in technical support or customer ops with tiered, high-volume leadership
  • Proven scale: global or high-growth organizations
  • Strong knowledge of CCaaS, CRM, ERP, WFM and modern support tools
  • AI, automation, or digital transformation experience in support
  • Ability to establish dashboards, metrics, and performance reporting
  • Deep understanding of internet networking, hardware, software troubleshooting
  • Excellent executive presence; able to influence across levels
  • Bachelor's degree in technical field or equivalent experience
  • Must pass CJIS background check
