📋 Description

• Identify and prioritize partnerships with long-term value to Okta’s identity and AI strategy.
• Lead partnerships from discovery to successful launch.
• Advise partners on secure, scalable, enterprise-grade integrations.
• Create demos, labs, and documentation to showcase partnerships.
• Collaborate with Product and Engineering to align roadmaps.
• Represent Okta at industry events and with customers.

🎯 Requirements

• 10+ years in technical roles (Identity, Security, Cloud, or AI) with delivery track record.
• Proven success in sales engineering, solutions architecture, or partner-facing tech roles.
• Deep knowledge of IAM, security architectures, and APIs; agentic AI exp is a plus.
• Create hands-on assets: reference architectures, integrations, and blogs.
• Translate complex concepts into stories for engineers and executives.
• Strong negotiation and stakeholder management across partners, customers, and teams.
