  • Deep SaaS depth; comfortable with APIs, SSO, webhooks, complex integrations.
  • Strategic thinker; designs scalable processes for 1000+ customers.
  • Strong communicator; can engage execs and engineers alike.
  • Nice-to-have: LMS exp; built PS org; Salesforce/Jira/Zendesk.
