Director, Technical Revenue Accounting

📋 Description

• Lead the Technical Revenue team in reviewing complex sales contracts.
• Partner with Revenue Ops, FP&A, Product Management to optimize large deals.
• Propose changes to Order to Cash to automate and strengthen controls.
• Review and update technical revenue policies and deal memos.
• Drive continuous improvement in Commercial Accounting workflows.
• Manage month-end close and deal review activities with the team.

🎯 Requirements

• 7+ years in Revenue Accounting at high-growth tech firms.
• 4+ years in public companies.
• 2+ years Big 4 audit experience.
• Strong knowledge of ASC 606.
• Experience evaluating contracts for embedded leases under ASC 842.
• Experience improving quoting and technical revenue processes.
