- Lead end-to-end hardware program execution from feasibility through mass production
- Build and maintain integrated program plans across hardware, firmware, validation, manufacturing, quality, and supply chain
- Drive cross-functional alignment across Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Firmware, Operations, Quality, and external manufacturing partners
- Own program schedules, milestones, dependencies, and risk management throughout the full product lifecycle
- Coordinate EVT, DVT, PVT, and production readiness activities to ensure programs stay on track
- Identify risks early, drive decision-making, and resolve blockers to maintain execution momentum
🎯 Requirements
- Strong AI fluency with no-code AI workflows, automations, or AI agents
- 10+ years in hardware product development or technical program management
- Proven track record of delivering physical products from concept through mass production
- Deep understanding of EVT, DVT, PVT, manufacturing validation, and production ramp
- Experience with PCB and PCBA development, validation testing, tooling, packaging, and factory processes
- Experience working with contract manufacturers, suppliers, and globally distributed cross-functional teams
