📋 Description

• Lead the technical accounting and external reporting function.
• Own accounting policies, drive reporting excellence, and SEC readiness.
• Manage SEC filings (10-Ks, 10-Qs) and quarterly disclosures.
• Collaborate cross-functionally to ensure accurate financial reporting.
• Oversee equity administration and reporting.

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting or related field.
• Active CPA license.
• 12+ years in technical accounting and financial reporting.
• Deep knowledge of U.S. GAAP, SEC reporting, and SOX 404.
• 4+ years in leadership/people management.
• Strong research, analysis, and documentation skills.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.
• Meticulous attention to detail and organizational skills.
