Director, Technical Accounting & Financial Reporting

📋 Description

• Lead Technical Accounting & Financial Reporting function.
• Develop, implement, and maintain accounting policies and controls.
• Manage external reporting, audits, and potential SEC readiness.
• Educate partners on complex transactions and forecasting impacts.
• Oversee month-end close for technical accounting areas.

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance.
• Active CPA license in good standing.
• 10+ years progressive accounting in fintech or regulated industry.
• Strong US GAAP, SOX, and ASC guidance knowledge (718, 606, 842, 740, 805).
• ERP experience with NetSuite and SAP; proficiency with Workiva.
• Excellent communication and leadership skills.
