- Monitor US GAAP/SEC regs and drive required changes org-wide.
- Maintain/update accounting policies aligned with GAAP and practice.
🎯 Requirements
- 10+ years progressive accounting; Big 4 preferred; SaaS/public co intl reporting.
- Bachelor’s in Accounting/Finance; CPA required; MBA preferred.
- Deep US GAAP expertise incl ASC 606, 718, 805, 842.
- Proven ability to draft technical memos and present to leadership/auditors.
- IPO readiness/SEC reporting experience; Workiva preferred.
- ERP experience (Oracle/NetSuite) with large data sets; strong communication.
