📋 Description

  • Establish service standards, QBR cadences, partner communication protocols, and escalation frameworks across the TAM team
  • Build and maintain a Technical Account Management department spanning NinjaTrader business units
  • Serve as executive sponsor and escalation point for NinjaTrader’s highest-revenue and most complex partner relationships
  • Lead executive business reviews with C-level and VP stakeholders at key partner organizations
  • Own team KPIs including TTFT, NRR, partner satisfaction, and SLA performance
  • Collaborate with Engineering and Product to surface blockers, prioritize inputs, and influence the partner roadmap

🎯 Requirements

  • 8+ years in a technical customer-facing role (TAM, Solutions Eng, Customer Success, or TPM) in SaaS/fintech/market data
  • 3+ years in people management leading technical teams
  • Proven experience managing complex B2B executive-level relationships with measurable outcomes
  • Demonstrated ability to build organizational structure from scratch, define roles, set standards, and hire to a model
  • Deep familiarity with RESTful APIs, OAuth, JSON, WebSockets, and cloud platforms (GCP, AWS, Azure)
  • Exceptional executive presence with ability to lead high-stakes partner conversations and de-escalate crises
