🎯 Requirements
- 8+ years in a technical customer-facing role (TAM, Solutions Eng, Customer Success, or TPM) in SaaS/fintech/market data
- 3+ years in people management leading technical teams
- Proven experience managing complex B2B executive-level relationships with measurable outcomes
- Demonstrated ability to build organizational structure from scratch, define roles, set standards, and hire to a model
- Deep familiarity with RESTful APIs, OAuth, JSON, WebSockets, and cloud platforms (GCP, AWS, Azure)
- Exceptional executive presence with ability to lead high-stakes partner conversations and de-escalate crises
