📋 Description

• Own and evolve company-wide performance framework with ongoing feedback.
• Design continuous performance approaches using our tech to drive adoption.
• Lead end-to-end performance cycles with clear timelines and ownership.
• Deliver monthly/quarterly talent reporting and track key metrics.
• Analyze equity patterns across performance and rewards; drive improvement.
• Own enterprise engagement strategy; optimize surveys and translate data into action.

🎯 Requirements

• 10+ years of experience in Talent Management, Organizational Development, and/or People Analytics.
• Ownership of enterprise-wide performance and engagement programs.
• Strong program and project management; detailed plans across stakeholders.
• Experience linking talent metrics to business performance indicators.
• Advanced Excel skills and ability to build reports.
• Experience leading performance reviews and calibration processes with pay equity analysis.
