🎯 Requirements

10+ years in talent development, L&D, or related field.
Proficiency with data: modeling, surveying, analyzing information to drive decisions.
Experience designing and scaling learning programs with strong NPS.
Strong ability to connect strategy with execution using design thinking.
Excellent stakeholder management and executive influencing skills.
Structured, first-principles thinker with strong problem-solving and communication.
