- Skilled program builder with measurable initiatives and training rollout.
- Data-driven decision maker using metrics to optimize processes.
- Passionate about candidate experience, inclusion, and building diverse teams.
- Comfortable coaching executives and managers; build credibility at the executive level.
- Builder's mindset; energizer for high-growth teams.
