🎯 Requirements

10+ years in IT infrastructure with scaling tech environments.
5+ years leading technical teams and owning internal IT systems.
Experience architecting IAM frameworks and cloud-native SaaS architectures.
Hands-on with macOS and Windows in enterprise environments without AD or on-site infra.
Experience designing operational automation strategies and AI policy development.
Proficiency with Okta, Google Workspace, Slack, Zoom, Zendesk, and Atlassian.
