🎯 Requirements

10+ years in technical program management or related field.
5+ years of people management experience.
Experience leading large distributed teams.
Strong track record in operational strategies and change management.
Deep expertise in Gen AI tools for this environment.
Bachelor's degree in CS/Engineering/IT or equivalent.
