Director, Supply Chain

📋 Description

• Partner with the Business Operations Team to execute global production strategy and plans
• Oversee CM/JDM partnerships and manage overseas partner relationships
• Develop and execute production and shipment schedules, CTB process, material readiness
• Identify and mitigate sub-tier supply risks, leading cross-functional responses
• Provide updates on supply chain health, capacity, constraints, and BOM cost trends

🎯 Requirements

• 10+ years leadership in supply chain within consumer electronics, IoT or adjacent industries
• Experience managing Tier 1 Contract Manufacturers (CMs) and JDMs in Asia
• Self-sufficient in a lean environment and able to transition products from New Product Introduction (NPI) to high-volume mass production
• You are a power user of ERP/Excel and thrive when managing your own data and processes
• Expert knowledge of diverse sourcing models, including AVAP (Assigned Vendor Approved Part) and direct-buy strategies
• Deep understanding of manufacturing cost drivers, including MOH (Manufacturing Overhead), SG&A, and the impact of component cost-creep on total gross margins
