🎯 Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering; Master’s preferred.
- 10+ years in supplier industrialization/manufacturing engineering; aerospace ideal.
- 5+ years of direct people management experience.
- AS9100/ISO 9001 and quality tools (APQP, PPAP, FAIR, PFMEA).
- Proven ability to build processes across diverse teams.
- Willingness to travel up to 50%.
