- Strong commercial instincts with analytical rigor; model unit economics.
- Exceptional cross-functional leadership; influence without authority.
- Excellent communication translating complexity to executives and partner teams.
- Comfort with ambiguity and bias toward action; build structure where none exists.
- Bachelorβs degree required.
