  • Own end-to-end launch of new partnerships from close to first transaction.

🎯 Requirements

  • 8–10+ years in partnerships, strategic accounts, or related roles.
  • Deep experience managing complex external relationships with senior stakeholders.
  • Proven ability to hire, develop, and lead high-performing teams.
  • Track record taking cross-functional initiatives from zero to one and to many.
  • Strong commercial instincts with analytical rigor; model unit economics.
  • Exceptional cross-functional leadership; influence without authority.
  • Excellent communication translating complexity to executives and partner teams.
  • Comfort with ambiguity and bias toward action; build structure where none exists.
  • Bachelor’s degree required.
