  • Lead launch end-to-end from deal close to first transaction with partners
  • Drive integration and go-live across Product, Eng, Legal, GTM
  • Identify and resolve risks to protect launch timelines
  • Own day-to-day partner relationships with executives and GTM leads
  • Run business reviews, planning sessions, and executive check-ins
  • Hire and scale a team of strategic account leaders

🎯 Requirements

  • 8–10+ years in partnerships/strategic accounts
  • Deep experience with complex external relationships
  • Proven ability to hire and lead high-performing teams
  • Track record taking cross-functional programs zero-to-one
  • Strong commercial instincts with unit economics focus
  • Bachelor’s degree required
