  • Partner with the CEO to identify high-value partnership opportunities
  • Structure and negotiate commercial partnerships with leading brands
  • Own and grow strategic relationships, ensuring long-term value and supply growth
  • Identify opportunities to unlock additional inventory and expand existing partnerships
  • Use data and unit economics to evaluate partnerships and inform deal strategy
  • Develop creative deal structures that align incentives for Ghost and its partners

๐ŸŽฏ Requirements

  • 8+ years of experience in strategic partnerships, investment banking, strategy, or business development
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Economics, Finance, or related field; MBA or IB/consulting is a plus
  • Strong experience structuring and negotiating complex commercial partnerships
  • Highly analytical; ability to evaluate unit economics and build clear business cases
  • Advanced proficiency in Excel / Google Sheets (financial modeling, pricing analysis, scenario planning)
  • Experience using CRM platforms (HubSpot, Salesforce) for pipeline and partnership tracking
