- Proven experience leading enterprise planning cycles and cross-functional initiatives.
- Strong understanding of OKRs, KPIs, dashboards.
- Demonstrated ability to align senior stakeholders and influence without authority.
- Structured, analytical thinker with executive communication skills.
- High ownership mindset and comfort operating in ambiguity.
