📋 Description

• Operationalize Global Strategy in the Americas region (Last Mile).
• Implement global priorities in the region, owning last-mile delivery.
• Drive GM-level strategic initiatives aligned with regional growth goals.
• Define success metrics and monitor progress; data-driven recommendations.
• Lead change management to adopt new GTM processes.
• Collaborate cross-functionally with Sales, Marketing, CS and global teams for alignment.

🎯 Requirements

• 10+ years in Program Management, Strategy & Operations, or Consulting.
• GTM Fluency: deep understanding of Go-To-Market motions in a matrix org.
• Strategic Execution: turn concepts into rigorous execution plans with owners.
• Influence without Authority: lead cross-functional teams and influence VP/GM level.
• Analytical Mindset: use data to diagnose problems and measure initiatives.
