- Ability to create structure from ambiguity and lead global change.
- Exceptional communication; proven ability to influence senior leaders.
- Strong stakeholder management across regions, cultures, and functions.
- Experience in a global technology or SaaS organization.
- Deep knowledge of global partner ecosystems or channel strategy.
- MBA or equivalent strategic/business education.
