Director, Strategic Delivery

📋 Description

• Oversee strategic, high-value customer implementations with GSI partners.
• Design end-to-end delivery methodologies, playbooks, and processes.
• Support sales cycles for strategic deals and joint SteerCo.
• Lead Steering Committee governance and multi-team delivery alignment.
• Codify scalable delivery frameworks and governance standards.
• Scale enablement across regional services and delivery teams.

🎯 Requirements

• 10–12+ years in enterprise SaaS, program management, or strategic IT consulting.
• GSI joint-delivery expertise with major firms (Accenture, Deloitte, PwC).
• Strategic sales alignment; experience structuring complex services deals.
• Executive presence with SteerCo leadership and C-level stakeholders.
• Process and practice architect; scalable PMO playbooks and methodologies.
• Influential IC leadership; cross-functional collaboration without direct authority.
• Domain knowledge in IAM, Cloud Security, or enterprise SaaS.
