📋 Description

  • Own retention and growth of AlertMedia’s high-value accounts
  • Build executive relationships with senior stakeholders
  • Identify and mitigate risks to ensure retention
  • Lead renewal strategy in partnership with Sales and Finance
  • Drive account expansion through new use cases

🎯 Requirements

  • 8+ years in CS/Account Mgmt for enterprise accounts
  • 3+ years leading CS teams for enterprise/strategic accounts
  • 3 years using Gainsight daily (data entry & dashboards)
  • 3 years using Salesforce as primary system of record
  • Strong executive presence with VP/C-level stakeholders
  • Data-driven, ROI-focused; cross-functional collaboration
