Director, Stock Administration

📋 Description

• Lead cross-functional equity data processes and compliance.
• Ensure Section 16/board regulatory compliance; assist SEC filings.
• Manage 10b5-1 trading plan reporting and disclosures.
• Administer equity plans per terms and manage quarterly calendar.
• Create stock reports and support audits/disclosures.
• Drive system improvements, automation, and process controls.

🎯 Requirements

• CEP designation preferred or willing to complete within 18 months.
• Minimum of 9 years of stock administration experience.
• Advanced Excel user (pivot tables, xlookup, vlookup).
• Regulatory/compliance knowledge for equity programs and taxation.
• Able to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced env; cross-functional collaboration.
• Excellent analytical, communication and organizational skills.
