🎯 Requirements
- 5-8 years gov affairs or regulatory advocacy in hemp, cannabis, alcohol, or regulated CPG
- Travel 1-2 times per month
- Deep understanding of state hemp beverage policy landscape and trends
- Proven track record influencing state regulations across multiple states
- Experience partnering with executives to inform strategic decisions
- Comfortable making strategic recommendations and pushing back when needed
