Lead and mentor manufacturing, process and automation engineers to improve production.
Implement development programs to boost capability, quality, and reduce lead times.
Partner with engineering to embed manufacturability in product and line design.
Ensure strong safety focus and maintain an excellent safety record.

🎯 Requirements

Bachelor's degree in a STEM or engineering discipline OR 7+ years of production/manufacturing experience.
4+ years of experience in production/manufacturing/operations.
4+ years of experience in people leadership.
