- Lead drafting, review, and negotiation of NA commercial contracts (MSAs, SOWs, licensing).
- Primary legal contact for finance/business teams; respond to RFPs/RFIs and support pitches.
- Partner with VP Global Legal to streamline NA pipeline and build contracting team.
- Manage NA legal team; ensure efficiency and global-standard consistency.
- Develop standardized templates/tools to boost efficiency and protection.
- Advise on other NA business matters, including litigation with external counsel, independently.
🎯 Requirements
- Juris Doctor (JD) from an accredited law school.
- Active bar in at least one US jurisdiction; NY or CA preferred; NY in-house counsel registration required.
- 6+ years of progressive legal experience including in-house and/or major law firm; strong focus on commercial contracts; advertising/production/digital/media/technology/data contracts experience preferred.
- Strong drafting and negotiation skills.
- Excellent commercial judgment with a strategic mindset.
- Superior interpersonal and communication skills, both written and verbal.
