🎯 Requirements

Bachelors Degree or 4+ commensurate work experience
10+ years developing and managing commercial insurance products
8+ years people leadership (managers or senior ICs)
6+ years building, evaluating business cases (revenue, ROI)
Travel up to 25% of the time
