🎯 Requirements
- 15+ years in Strategic Sourcing/Procurement or Supplier Management with major US retailers.
- Deep factory connections within the Americas region for Bags & Accessories.
- Experience designing, cost-engineering, and ramping products with factories.
- GM mindset with supply chain, lean/just-in-time manufacturing.
- Highly organized, detail-oriented, analytical; strong execution.
- Excellent communication; Bachelor's degree preferred; continuous learner.
