- 15+ years in strategic sourcing or procurement with major US retailers.
- Extensive partner factory connections within Europe.
- Experience leveraging factories to design, cost engineer, and bring products to market.
- GM mindset with supply chain and lean/JIT manufacturing experience.
- Highly organized, detail-oriented, analytical with focus on execution.
- Continuous learner, curious; proactive when facing challenges.
- Excellent written and verbal communication and presentation skills.
- Bachelor's Degree preferred.
